Gentle Yoga

Elena Westrick

Elena (Lany) Westrick has been doing yoga for 17 years, in Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow.  Lany is second degree Reiki.  She has a passion to teach, share and give!
 

Nita Drew

I have been married for 32 years. I have two adult sons, & two amazing grandchildren. I am a leukemia survivor of 12 years and I believe that fitness has helped me live a healthier lifestyle. I have a passion for fitness and love to help people change their lives. I am certified in yoga, group fitness, personal trainer, certified counselor & certified life coach. I feel very
blessed with life.
This class is a slower pace yoga class with a range of modifications to make the poses progressively more accessible. It includes gentle stretches, breathing, and restorative poses, as well as simple movements to increase range of motion of the major joints. Yoga can help reduce stress, improve circulation, build community connections and address challenges that result from chronic health conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, osteoporosis and fibromyalgia. This class is healing and rejuvenating.  (We do use chairs if needed)
