My name is Jenn Kaufman I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, assisting various clients achieve their goals for over 10 years. I am passionate about fitness, natural health, and the mind/body connection!

I, like many people, was not blessed with the perfect genetic code that gave me a flawless figure without me having to lift a finger. I have had to work since day one to maintain and improve my health and wellness!
